1. No agency relationship
Liberty Oak Properties is a private real estate investment company. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, and we do not represent buyers or sellers in an agency capacity. We purchase properties directly for our own portfolio.
Nothing on this Site creates a broker, agent, fiduciary, or advisory relationship between you and us. We always recommend that sellers consult their own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before signing any agreement.
2. No offer; informational purposes only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to purchase any property, a solicitation, financial advice, or a guarantee of any price or outcome. Any figures, ranges, or examples shown are illustrative only.
